How long does it take my order to get to me?

Once your order is placed, it takes 1-2 weeks for me to make and to ship. Custom orders including vinyls, embroidery, custom fabric design may take up to 3-5 weeks to ship. After that, tracking will be provided so you can see when your order will arrive based on what shipping method you selected! US orders take approximately 2-5 business days to arrive once they are shipped, international orders take around 1-3 weeks. 

Can I request a custom/personalized bandana?

Yes! I would love to work with you on something. Email or direct message me on Instagram and we can work something out. I can add names, custom phrases and more to your bandanas!

How does your sizing work?

All bandanas have two sets of snaps for adjustability. Sizing is based on the length around the dog's neck. If you don't have a tool to measure it, I would recommend measuring their collar and selecting a size that has an inch or two larger for comfort space.

Can my dog be a model?

I host a model search on my Instagram page every 3 months, and I'd love for you to join the team! Modeling comes with several perks, keep an eye out for that post!

Do you ship internationally?

I do! I am able to ship internationally at a fixed rate, however there may be customs and import fees after your order arrives that WPB is not responsible for. 

Disclaimers:

All items are completely handmade by me, when there is an influx of orders during a sale, new release, or other event processing time will be on the longer side. Exact snap placement and bandana dimensions will have slight variance due to their handmade nature. Your bandana may not look exactly like the product picture — patterns will vary print to print based on placement, patterns may be diagonal across the bandana, but never upside down. I’ll always make sure your pup has something cute to wear! If you have specific requests, I always do my best to accommodate but this is not guaranteed. I am not responsible for your package once it has been scanned in at the post office, delays, lost mail, etc. are dependent on the shipping service you have selected. Each bandana pattern is drawn by independent artists, and paired together by me. Wandering Paw Boutique does not utilize AI for business practices. 

Shipping:

Once your order ships, you will have access to tracking. WPB is not responsible for lost packages and at the point of your products reaching postal service you will have to contact USPS/UPS with any problems. 

Returns & Exchanges:

All product sales are final once shipped and I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you find you’ve purchased too small I do have extenders if needed. If you need to cancel or update your order before it has been processed, message me and I can help you out! 

Other:

Any discounts, giveaways, etc. are intended only for the winner or recipient. Do not share codes, WPB reserves the right to cancel orders when not adhering to this policy.
